Bantwal: Catholic Sabha honours minister Ramanath Rai

Bantwal, Jun 25: Recently, Bantwal regional Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh (R) organized an honorary  programme for B Ramanath Rai, state minister for forest, ecology, and environment at Anugraha convention hall, Modankap. 

The event was presided over by Fr Maxim Noronha. Nigel Pereira, president, Mangalore Pradesh(R), president Richard Menezes, secretary Edwin Prasanna, and treasurer Anitha Noronha were present on the stage.

Harold D’ Souza, in his introductory speech, spoke about the courage, mission, and activities of Catholic Sabha. Walter Noronha Loreto, founder president, Catholic Sabha, read the honorary certificate. Altin Lobo read the memorandum.

Richard Menezes Loreto welcomed, Alphonse Fernandez Nircon thanked, while John Salethoor and Shanthi Omjooru compered the programme. From 13 churches of Bantwal region, more than 12,000 people took part in this programme.
