    Congratulations Mr. Ivan D’Souza.
It is true that the leadership comes with ability and efficiency, along with the obligation of responsibilities to fulfill. If you feel that our fiscal deficit, dependence on oil import, reducing forex reserve, increasing demand for proper transport facility, costs, pollutions, unemployment and poverty are our major concerns and we need to tackle them appropriately. Thank you.

I have followed your career for years and was excited to read today
' Advocate Ivan D’Souza has been elected the new president of Rachana' .
You have always impressed me with your clear vision and daring
abilities to get the job done against the most formidable opposition even if
at times failed, raising to the right occasion as a mass leader with
appeasing qualities, should lead someone to coin you as a 'die hard born
leader'. Hope to see you score few more victories in the coming months,
years. I wish you the best in this new term of office.
