His team has already organized a club officers training with leadership excellence training with an unprecedented attendance of more than 200 toastmasters in Qatar.

The First Club officers training was held with a difference this year compared to last year. It began with a Toastmasters Learning Institute (TLI) style leadership excellence training where in 7 leadership trainings were delivered to a enthusiastic group of 30 toastmasters per each session. The USP of this training session was the very fact that it was delivered by the past Division
Governors.

TM Saquib said that this year Division E focuses on quality than quantity. He also said that this year more focus will
be on the awareness of Toastmasters movement among Qataris and two such events are already in pipeline this year aimed only for the benefit of Qataris.

He already announced a one of its kind workshop expected to happen in September this year where he is bringing in distinguished presenters from overseas. Although such events are held for the benefit of toastmasters however non toastmasters are most welcome to come forward and witness this mega event.

There are 35 clubs in Qatar at present and newly elected Division Governor has envisioned that the number of clubs may or may not increase by the end of this term however the quality of each club would definitely improve.
