Bahrain: KSC prince and princess contest held

Media Release

Bahrain, Jul 3: It was the time of the year wherein all children look forward to walk the ramp and do a La Salman Khan or a Sushmita Sen. It was “the event” to look forward to not only by the children but their parents as well.

This year’s edition of the KSC prince and princess contest had a very good response from the participants as well as jam packed audience in the confines of the plush “The Crystal ballroom at the Al Manzil Suites in the elite Juffair area of the Kingdom of Bahrain on June 20.

It was a keenly and closely contested event wherein all participants impressed not only the audience but the high profile judges too. The judges, HansulGhani, AnishVerghese and R C Sharmila had a tough time in selecting the eventual winners. The ever versatile and competent Sydney Correa took the mantle of the master of ceremonies with his eloquent compering.

The audience had a dual treat with some impressive ramp walks by the future fashion gurus and wined and dined in great style. The participants walked the ramp with some delightful music played by DJ Francis Lobo with eight being selected as the winners. Those who made it to the podium were:

KSC little prince:
Winner –Steve D’Souza
Runner up –VianD’Souz

KSC little princess:
Winner –Jessica Sharon Lobo
Runner up –Beula Sequeira

KSC prince:
Winner –Joel D’Souza
Runner up: Jason Adrian Lobo

KSC princess:

It was definitely an evening to remember for all the winners and also the participants as they showed tremendous confidence and attitude while walking the ramp.
