Mangalore: Three of family go missing mysteriously

Mangalore, Jul 6: A complaint stands lodged at the rural police station in the city relating to the sudden disappearance of three members of a family. The names of the missing people have been given as Carol Sarita D’Silva (32), Master Noel D’Silva (9 months), and Juliana Veigas (62), residing near Capitanio here.

The complaint, filed by Vinol D’Silva, residing at Belapur, Navi Mumbai near Mumbai, mentions that all the three went missing from their residence on May 28.  Carol Sarita happens to be his wife, Noel D’Silva is his son, while Juliana is Carol’s mother, he stated.

It is said that they went missing from the residence of Juliana at Sallakh, 2-10, Veigas Compound, near Capitanio School. Through a release, the policemen of rural station here have requested the general public to convey to them information if any they may be having about the above three people.

    Any s on this news? Has there been trace of the missing women and child? I still remember this family in my prayers. I don't know them, but I just cannot comprehend what would happen to me if such a situation arises in my family. Its a scary thought.
    BY THE WAY, I see that my previous comment has received 37 disagrees, while all I said was "Our prayers are with this family. Mumma Mary will protect them and bring them back safe."
    Is it the "Mumma Mary" part that people here have a problem with?? Mahn! It was an expression of my beliefs what I felt after reading this article. Why cant people just see what the message being conveyed is...I am praying for their safe return. And you disagree with that? Seriously? Freaking communal maniacs!     Instead of gossiping and spreading rumors of the missing person, they should find a solution to get a break through in mishap. Just pray to God all the three come back safe and sound and unite with the family as soon as possible.

    What surprises me is that none of their neighbours and other members of the society have issued a missing complaint.If the husband resides in Mumbai and after a month and a half has realized his wife along with his infant son have disappeared,haven't the neighbours realized it?

    To find the truth we have to ascertain if they are missing or have gone into hiding ?
    If gone into hiding then to Vinol D'Silva they are missing ..
    But WHY ?
    2 females a 65 year old 32 tear old a 9 month baby cannot be missing for long ...unless they are being sheltered by someone knowing their plight.

    THERE IS SOMETHING FISHY WHICH STINKS...
    I MONTH 7 days to realise they are missing and file a complaint...
    A COIN HAS 2 SIDES to it.........................

    I know Vinol D' silva from childhood.He is a very good humanbeing, a very doting son,a very good brother n a loving husband. As for Aunty Rita she is a very good mother-in-law any girl would want. Instead of accusing n find faults please stand by them in their hour of need. The fly has to get back together that is what JESUS wants. What GOD has united no man can put asunder. Please pray for the fly to get together.

    It is disgusting to note that people instead of sympathizing and trying to offer a solution, are busy dissecting and bisecting unnecessary issues such as surnames and relationships. If you cannot give any help please do not spread unnecessary rumours or confusion. Pray God Almighty will help the husband and family together with the police in locating and bringing these family members safe and sound back home. Hope & pray nothing horrific has happened to them.

    The Spirit of the Lord is upon Carol, Vinol, Noel and Juliana. Thank God for anointing them and filling them with your love and you have set them free from all afflictions. Jesus said all those things that are hidden shall be brought into the light so We all must thank the Holy Spirit to reveal where they are and bring them back to their family safely. Christ has redeemed Vinol, Carol, Noel Juliana from the curse of the Law so now their family is no longer under curse but Gods Blessings. In the name of Jesus Let them forgive each other and all the people involved in their trial. As a well wisher i ask blessings from God for all of them and forgive them. In the name of Jesus lets all pray good future for them and support the family from dividing and not argue or comment being good Christians. As mentioned by Carol in the facebook Small problem leads to big problem Lets see what their problem is and move forward. It may be a silly thing which we have nor seen or lived with them. Lets all use the beautiful gift of senses God has given us and make use of it sensibly. Sorry if i am hurting anybodys feelings.

    Hi All,

    I know Vinol D'Silva's family since childhood and have visited them at their Navi Mumbai house few months back when Carol and her mother was there. Please stop making such bad remarks about the D'Silva family as they are very good people. They kept Carol as the apple of their eye. All house work was done by Vinol's mum Rita aunty, even taking care of baby Noel and plus Rita aunty was taking care of her ailing husband. They are very humanistic and genuine people. I cannot tolerate any bad comments about them mis behaving with Carol. They always took very good care of her. Moreover remember you too have a husband or a wife and you shouldn't be interfering in someones marital life. Please do not mock when people are in sorrow, it will not take time when sorrow will affect you.

    This is Carol's Husband Vinol. Please do create confusion my people. The names you saw were wrongly printed. Please note my Wife's Name as Carol Saritha Dsilva, My lil one Noel Angelo Dsilva & My Mother In Law Julyana Viegas. It is since long that i am feeling this pain of not having my wife & son together. I request you to support me find them instead of concentrating on their Surnames.

    The article is published with missing person's pic, so it doesn't matter if they are D' souza, D'Silva or Veigas...
    And normally a person is known more by their first than the last...

    Agree. There has to be a match between mother/daughter surname if she was using maiden surname or mother/son if she was using her surname after marriage.

    Could be some confusion while reporting.
