Mangalore, Jul 9: Fr Canute Barboza the head of the post graduate department of social work at Milagres College, Kallianpur was honoured at Karnataka Christian Educational Society on July 7 on the occasion of KACES annual day celebrations for having obtained PhD degree for his research thesis on “Labour Welfare – A Comparative Study of Organized and Unorganized Labour in Dakshina Kannada District”.

Fr Canute Barboza was a PhD student of Karnataka Theological Research Institute of Karnataka Christian Educational Society at Balmatta, Mangalore from 2009 to 2012.
