Udupi: Three-year-old accidentally falls in hot curry, dies

Udupi, Jul 16: In a tragic incident, a three-year-old boy died after he accidentally fell into a vessel of hot curry while playing.
The deceased is identified as Santhosh (3), son of Venkatesh who works as a labourer.
As per the information obtained, on July 12 when Venkatesh and his wife were busy with some work inside the house, the boy while playing accidentally fell in the hot curry vessel and as a result he suffered from several burnt marks.
Soon he was rushed to Manipal hospital. As per the Padubidri police station records, the boy died on July 15 morning.
Police have recorded the incident as unnatural death and investigation is on.
