Gurgaon, July 29 (IANS): An engineer with an IT firm has been booked for raping a woman on the pretext of marrying her, police said Monday.

Piyush, 40, and the 36-year-old victim came in contact through a marriage bureau web site and started living together here in Saraswati Vihar.

The victim, a graduate and resident of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh, said in her complaint that after living together for months, the accused refused to marry her.

How this can be a rape?
This word "Rape" is used very liberally now-a-days by women folk.
I hope that man too files a "rape" case against her.
That man did not take her by force to live with her.
    She wanted, he gave.
He may be booked for lying (may be she too lied to him)to her.
Police should not entertain this type of complaints from women who are trying to take advantage of the law.
