Daijiworld Media Network - Karkala

Karkala, Aug 1: Karkala police have arrested a man for luring a college girl and illegally confining her in a flat in Mangalore.

The accused is Mohammed Nasmid (21) from Payyannur, Kerala. He was staying in Mangalore.

It is said that Nasmid developed friendship with the girl on Facebook, and managed to win her confidence.

On Monday July 29, the girl left for college, but never reached. She did not return home either.

A complaint was then registered and on Tuesday, the police, her friends and family searched for her. They then learnt that she was seen going towards Mangalore.

The girl was found in a flat in Mangalore. She was rescued by the police and family members and taken back to Karkala.

Based on the girl's statement, the police arrested Nasmid.

One can not clap with one hand,
    Both hands required equally..

She reached Karkala to Mangalore about 40 plus KMS without any escort that means she is matured enough to decide what is good and bad for her.
Why people are taking one side.
No smoke will come without fire.
To get bursting sound of the crackers and fire &PATAKI both required, only fire only cracker alone will not burst unless both reach together.

Sometimes missed calls become kiss calls. After some time, boy and girl want to meet at any cost. If the girl is caught, it becomes boy's fault. Otherwise it is ok playing lagori as per Bhandarkar mamu. Many a times, girls want gifts, movies and vehicles to roam with. Ultimately when landed in trouble, they point the finger to the boy.

I have something to say. To lure and to be lured, the foundation starts from home. If role models (parents) are able to inflict values to their children when they are young it is less likely to happen such things i believe.

Since Congi came to power the effective vigilance squads stop monitoring such activities to avoid unnecessary hyped bashing by pseudos. Because of that you can clearly notice incidents of drug trafficking, luring of girls, rapes of minors are on the rise at our twin districts.

By banning or prohibiting things, immoral activities will never stop in this society. Importantly, it is one’s self conscience, value for ethics morals over evil deeds play a major role. This applies to both the genders (male or female). If boys do not entertain girls how the girls are lured. In other words if girls do not respond or react how they fall prey to boys cunning games. This is human biology.

    No blame game.

Boy's actions are condemnable and very much so the girls too.
How she can complain to the police about the boy as she herself involved in the act.
The boy did not make her unconcious and carry her off to Mangalore. If it was by force, she had every opportunity to alert others before she reached Mangalore.
Everytime why Blame only the boy when the fem's are fighting for equal rights, they should be able to handle such situations.
She is not an uneducated girl. She is studying in college.
    She wanted the "MASTI"
Police should warn the girl not to do such things as to lure the boy and then put the blame on the boy.

How is that in spite of so many cases, the girls still do not learn? In the Facebook, anyone can hide his/her real identity. While cheating by the man is condemnable, the girl should have at least alerted her close friends/relatives before going out with a stranger.

Apart from playing Lagori in the Forest in traditional, old age style, the new generation kids are now also expert in 'Face Book' Lagori, which seems to be the new trend. Eventually, this ends in a 'Flat' instead of a forest.
However, whatever be the style...net result is the whole thing/game , 'Falls Flat' in the player's faces......

Girls should take proper care of themselves.

She is not a kid to lure by any unidentified person and follow him.

She is matured enough to understand the consequence of leaving home uninformed.

If it was a forceful act, she could have escaped and back home as they were staying in Mangalore.

For each and every act of girls we just can't blame boys always.

Both are equally held responsible for what had happened here.

    ANAND,

IT IS TRUE, BUT IF THE BOY IS GUILTY THEN HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED. IF BOTH ARE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE THEN IT IS WASTE OF TIME TO COMMENT HERE.

WE HAVE TO LOOK FOR HUMANITY IF ANY COMMUNITY BOY DOES A WRONG THING FOR ANY COMMUNITY GIRL OR VICE VERSA.

But when you mention Humanity, Please do not bring community inside. This is related to Girl & Boy. Where both are equally responsible.
