Media Release

Dubai, Aug 4: Summer is the time in the Asian sub-continent when you are enticed by the smells and aromas of the ripening fruits like mango / jackfruits / cashew nuts etc, when you laze at home enjoying the vacation.

In the past, the innovative housewives would come up with delicious recipes to savor and preserve these seasonal fruits, either in raw form like mango pickles, mango crush or the raw jackfruit cooked in various ways like guzzo, (happol/papad), chips, etc and  the ripened jackfruits to make various patholis, gharios, etc.  The list is endless.
