Unlike some cities, now Pancahayats should start evaluating the house which are in bad conditions and take proper precautions, especially who cannot afford to build new houses. As in every rainy season many people lose their life & Govt start compensating ones they lose their life. It is better they use the same money to build new houses before it collapses and also can save precious human life.
