UAE charity gives Eid clothes to Palestinian kids


Jerusalem, Aug 8 (IANS/WAM): A United Arab Emirates (UAE) charity distributed new clothes among 2,000 Palestinian children on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

Director of the Office of the Human Appeal International (HAI) in the West Bank, Ibrahim Rashid said that the organisation also distributed hundreds of coupons among Palestinian children in all province on the occasion of the of Zayed Humanitarian Work Day.

The campaign is part of a series of initiatives carried out by the Emirati charitable institutions specially the Red Crescent Authority and Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, in the Palestinian territories targeting needy families and children with disabilities.
