Even after strict rules against ragging are implemented, these students (I am sure most of them are affluent)still going about ragging co-students and the Principal of the college is trying to protect the culprits!!!
Principal is $#!t scared of the parents of these goonda students!!
Police should not be influenced by the parents of these students and punish the raggers severely and also take action against Principal.
Both Principal and the accused students should be dismissed from College.

Similar to this incident and the nasty principal's support to the culprits, a few years back when my son was doing his mechanical engineering degree in KVG College, his HOD too had punished my son for a silly reason by not allowing him to sit for a particular semister and although my blood was boiling,I was forced to keep quiet then, thinking of my son's future. Such nasty principals and lecturers think that they can do anything with the students and play with their future.

Sullia Professional colleges are infamous for ragging since long even though Supreme court has banned ragging. Sullia College Managements always suppress ragging incidents and Sullia Police are on the Payroll of college managements. That is why girls are afraid of taking admission in Sullia Colleges.
Since the seats in all professional Colleges in Sullia remain vacant in CET as merit students avoid these colleges, and these vacant seats are given to students from rich family without merit and the result is ragging by these rich spoilt childdren.

These useless assaulters are a big kalank in the name of education and definetely does not deserve a place in any of the colleges and their parents should also realise the result of their undue freedom towards their children. This boy was dragged from his room while at sleep which clearly shows the kind of fearlessness of the consequences of their act. No one is big or small or rich or poor in the college and all should be treated with respect.

Definitely the principal has to protect the wrong-doers. It seems all our readers are oblivious to the fact that the principal is on the payroll of the parents of those miscreants or better still student criminals. It is therefore his duty to protect them and punish the innocent victim. This is corruption at its peak and its not going to get any better. Unless of course all of us actually run our goverment Remember it is the Government of the people, by the people and for the people.

They are not supposed to be called as students. The best suitable word is 'goondas'. I can understand the pain the parents undergoing when their son is going through such a unfortunate incident. The hopeless Principal and the Police officers should be punished for their encouraging attitude towards the goondas. Now, one can understand on whose backing & support these goondas are ruling poor students. Do not give up dear Prithvin till you get justice and the goondas, Principal and police involved are punished.

An Affidivit duly signed by students and parents and registered at notary public, is must be taken from each student and make them responsible for any such act of ragging, and strict regulation must be passed, so that student wont pursue his studies for next 8 years in any of the college in India. Then only student will realise the value of education and parents who struggle to bring them up.

Ragging is banned in all colleges and the college obtains an anti ragging Affidavit from the students as well as from the parents that they would not indulge in ragging of any sort.

I request the authorities to conduct an impartial investigation into this and if proved guilty expell the students from the college.

Ragging was introduced in England colleges. So that Seniors and Juniors would be in friendly terms. and they used to take it positively. But in India it has gone beyond control and many unwanted incidents have resulted.

The only thing that can be done is to ban Ragging completely in strict sense and the Management authorities must deal with such offences strictly....

When Government made rule but colleges are not implementing. When ragging is reported all our responsible people will give some reasons. i.e. Suspended from the institution, committee is created to find out etc. etc.. Such students must not be allowed to study further. It is a bad practice which is followed by the senior students in educational institutions. Ragging is a crime which destroys the physical and emotional confidence and It led to a increase in Suicide activities. Some groups will come to support such criminals.
