Yes Mr. Kudla I am supporting you for your views in many countries means it is not in India yes many counties means It is in European, Gulf and other foreign countries specially in America windows have no grills but have glass shutters and in America even all the houses are built with wood except big toll sky scarper buildings constructed with cement concrete bricks cement blocks and very strong thick hard steel beams and steel structures. All the exterior even interior rooms walls of the houses and even the roof tops too made out of wood and the roof top portion of the house is too made of wood by covered with some kind of plastic mixed vinayel roof tiles and the exterior wooden house walls for protecting from sun light rain fall and snow fall are covered with some kind of plastic mixed thin corrugated designed anti rust steel panels and all the houses are contains only with the ground floor and top floor and no terrace and some houses are have only ground floor. This kind of houses are very easy for the robbers to break in and ranshake but it is happening in America only some times very rare cases of house ransakes are reporting. All the banks wall marts and giant shopping malls walls are built with bricks and with cement. Even in shopping centers and in housing campuses no security guards any where in the country but in India houses must build with strong stones with cement and concrete and the windows must install with grills or with iron rods. Why the country of India is not secured it is filled with just like the arrogant and ferrious wild animals of illiterate human being whose character is to observe and watch in the day time and stealing in the night time and even some of them are doing this kind job even in the broad day light. Even the literate people are also not less to do this kind of ill legal activities

Well Mr.Mendonca Kulda I thank and appreciate your comment for my apology with Padmanab. Mr.Kudla you are right I am absolutely agree with you that every body paying tax and every body to live without fear but from the point view of your comment as you are saying that " WE NEED TO HAVE STRONG LAWS AND STRICT PANALTY FOR SUCH CRIMES, IF NOT THE CRIMINALS ARE DO NOT CARE TO CUT THOSE STRONG SECURE IRON GRILLS WITH GAS CUTTERS " Yes Mr.Kudla even if Govt. will implement this law are you sure that the criminals will stop committing their crimes?
may be the Govt. will punish the criminals as strict Govt.law but how the person whose house was broke in and ransacked and after committing many such crimes in many parts of the state and many years after he is caught and that time as per Govt. strict law the Govt. will punish the culprit and that time how the person whose house was broke in and ransacked can come to know that same guy was punished who was ransacked his house? Even the name and snap of that robber will displayed in the media channels how the ransacked house owner can make out that same thief robbed his house? During robber is that robber leaving his snap and name in side the house of the ransacked to know the owner of the house that same person who was robbed his house? or all the people must fix CCTV in their house to view the snap of the robber who robbed the house? or all houses must print the strict Govt.law of punishment which Govt. announced for crimes? and must hang that law around the house to read that law to robber and stick back from his crime of house ransacking? so Mr. Mendonca Kudla do not forget What ever the strict law the Govt. will impose even at that time the atmosphere of our country of India will not change only if Govt. punish the crime comitters in the public according to their crimes like the say a tooth for an tooth and an eye for an eye like that cutting one leg or one hand in the public may be that time the crimes will stop if not

Even if there is CCTV recording nothing is going to happen, nobody will be punished. Because the Indian system is corrupt. If you see in many countries the windows have only glasses and no grills, but the law works because there is action and they are arrested and punished. They are made to do community service like sweeping the streets, cleaning up highways, and so on. They are sent for rehabilitation for correction. But in India the criminals are arrested and then they are left out on bail and nothing happens. So what kind of law system is it.

While reading the article by my over sight mistake I have sikpped to read the word of RENTED and I only read the word house so I thought the contractor Padmanab is staying in his own house so due to my mistake of my over sight reading in my todays comment I have blamed for his house for not installing a strong iron grill frame instead of straight iron rods. So I am really sorry for my mistake and I deeply deeply apologise with Padmanab for my mistake for simply blaming the innocent contractor Padmanab. In this incidence I have to blame the house owner who gave his house for rent for not irrecting the secured steel grills to the window of his house.

On looking at the first snap of the ventilator window and that also in rear of the house on the wall we can evaluevet and can judge our selves how intelligent, clever, reliable and how much capable he is in building the houses of other people in his capacity as a building contractor he is not fixed a secured strong iron grilled windows and may be even strong doors own to his own house and only fixed thin iron rods in a straight line in between the rods living a certain distance with out putting the cross straight down iron rods with a certain distance in between the straight rods. So in this case we can imagine he is not a qualified intelligent building contractor. May be he is A JACK OF TRAINED IN ALL TRADES AND A MASTER IS NONE!!! This type of straight iron rods of the windows by ing a fat strong iron rod in between the gap of the rods and can easily bend and expand the gap of the rods and can sneak inside the house esily!!! So every one must remember specially for the low lying windows of the rear wall of the houses must install strong iron rod grills to the windows even to all the windows of the house.

Mr. Well Wisher, Are those people living in that house are wild animals to put a secure strong iron grill windows. The metal and labor work to install this strong grill to all the windows will cost you more than the gold price. We need to have strong laws and strict penalty for such crimes, if not the criminals do not care to cut those secure strong iron grill with gas cutters. People want to live without fear and it is the responsibility of the government to provide protection and safety of the people, because people pay tax. So that the criminal must think before he does this theft, what will be the consequences for such crime.

As per those pictures of inside the house, it does not look like they are rich enough to spend money on the type of secure iron grills. They want to live a simple life, but people around you who have criminal minds do not allow you to live in peace, they destroy the life of those people who have dreams to live on their own. Everyone want to be free and live peacefully and happily and not in fear and terror.

Here the victim is a Civil Contractor and his own workers only knew about his official engagements and the absence of his wife & children during day time.
Five years ago in Bejai-Sankaigudde when my sister was renovating her house the supervisor of the Contract labours himself had stolen valuables in my sister's house during day time when my sister's family had gone for a marriage in the afternoon, because only he knew that no one is in the house during that time. Later on he was caught in Bagalkot.
