Pawar exits Chinese Taipei Open


Taipei, Sep 5 (IANS): The Indian challenge at the Chinese Taipei Open Grand Prix Gold ended Thursday as shuttler Anand Pawar lost his men's singles tie here.

Eighth seed Pawar from Mumbai was upset by local Shao Wen Hsu, who won 16-21, 21-12, 21-11 in 47 minutes to proceed to the third round.
