Daijiworld Media Network - Karkala

Karkala, Sep 6: He had swept the hearts of the young and old alike among Konkani music lovers a few years ago with ‘Nashibanthlya Chedwa’. Now, Roshan Belman has come up with his fifth volume of ‘Tunch Tum’.

The CD will be released on Sunday September 8 at St Joseph Church, Belman.

The volume will also be released in Mumbai, Israel, and the Gulf countries around the same time.

The grand release will be held in Doha, Qatar, on Friday September 13, under the leadership of Harry Correa.

Harry Correa

Correa, a famous Mangalorean singer in Doha, has been introduced in this volume and has sung the title song. He is also the producer of the volume.

This volume has seven romantic numbers sung by famous singers from Mangalore and also by some debutantes. ‘Tunch Tum’ also has 'Suzanna' remix version, ‘Pavshilya Ratim’ unplugged, and ‘Sangath Tuzo’ in Acapella version for the first time in Konkani.

Wilson Kateel, Heral Pinto, and Roshan Belman have penned the lyrics for the songs of this volume.

The young and talented M Dolvin (Kolalgiri), the music arranger of the album is expected to mesmerize listeners with his musical arrangements. The mixing and mastering has been done by Darrel Mascarenhas at D-Labs, Florida, USA.

The voice of Roshan is very good. It is not like typical Goan or Mangalorean Konkani Singers. He should sing in other languages too.

After my interaction with Lancy Moras,I think it's time for me to meet Roshan Belman also.
Hi Belman ! 5th Album Right? Congrats! God Bless...
Heard about your smash hit 'Nashibanthlya Chedwa' and it somewhat tickles me... For the simple reason that all 'Chedwas' in my life 'smashed' me for one reason or the other! The 'chedwa' I am settled with., I never thought was in my 'naseeb'!! Tell me do all get their 'Nasibanthlya Chedwas'?? I ask you...'cause you sing about it!...I've read somewhere that you get what you deserve and not what you desire!
O.K. Now it's 'Tunch Tum' Right??
Hope the sequel as in many a life afterwards will not be a 'Tunch Thee Gee'?
Happy singing and composing life long....May success be yours on all notes....
By the way I've written songs/poems in Daiji ...so much that I think that they can make at least 27 Albums out of it! They are all in Daiji Archives......Don't you think we should meet?
