Shimoga: Eshwarappa hints at BJP-KJP merger in near future

Shimoga, Sep 9 (DHNS):
The joint appearance of political rivals KJP president B S Yeddyurappa and senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister K S Eshwarappa at the Shimoga residence of Legislative Council chairman D H Shankaramurthy on Sunday, is said to be a pointer to the possible merger of the BJP and the KJP in the immediate future.

However, both the leaders denied discussing any such issues at the ‘confidential meeting.’

According to sources, Eshwarappa and Yeddyurappa arrived at Shankarmurthy’s residence at 4:15 pm and held a meeting for about one-and-a-half hours. It is said that district BJP unit office bearers, district KJP President S S Jyothi Prakash, Shimoga MP and Yeddyurappa’s son B Y Raghavendra were present at the confidential meeting.

Raghavendra was reportedly very enthusiastic throughout the meeting. Both, Yeddyurappa and Eshwarappa went to Nehru stadium after the meeting.

Speaking to reporters, Eshwarappa said “he (Yeddyurappa) is in his party and we are in the BJP. However, our current political positions would have been different if Shankarmurthy was active in politics. We have come together with an intention to do good for the people during the Dasara celebrations. Is it a misdeed if Vijayadashami brings us together?” he questioned.

Positive response

However, Yeddyurappa diplomatically said “there was no discussion on politics. I am here with regard to Dasara celebrations and nothing special about it.”

Though both the leaders have denied discussing any political issues, it’s said that they dwelt on the political move of both the BJP and the KJP at the meeting. Both the leaders have reportedly come to a conclusion that their political career will not be prosperous if they do not come together. So, both of them have reportedly responded positively for the merger, sources said.

According to sources, district BJP will hold a meeting on September 9 to discuss the issue of this confidential meeting. This meeting is likely to lay the foundation for the merger of the two parties.

BJP ruled states are top 3 performing states, unfortunately in Karnataka BJP did not have goog presence from long time,no good leaders that is the reason it fell, it also fell due to Yeddy's selfishness. Center we have more than 4-5 capable leaders can lead India anytime! Congress is depending on inexperience Rahul Ghandhi !

If we look back into past two decades of indian politics, its clear that no party is clean of corruption. But we always have aright to chose the least corrupt, that is BJP.The NDA rule was the golden 5 years of independent India.
so let's welcome the reunion of BJP and KJP let them work together, gather as many possible seats from Karnataka. Lets all support this to keep the corrupt Congress out of power.
    Let Indians rule India.

There are more kapata Nataka's to unfurl in Karnataka. Main actors in this drama are Yeddy, Eeshu, Ashoka, KJP, BJP, JDS, Kumara, Deve gowda etc.

Yeddy who went to cheapest levels to cling onto power ( who looted Karnataka personally n allowed Kingdom of Bellary to flourish), and Eeshu uncle who amassed wealth as energy minister and DyCM,are planning to come together. There is also talk of Devegowda family run JD-S company to join hands with RSS/VHP run BJP community. BJP is acting drama to woo dalits. JD-S is sheddin crocodile tears for Muslims. If BJP n JD-S come together, then all communities n caste-creed people will be enveloped by this grand-unholy alliance ( Hindus, Dalits, Muslims, Chirstians, Vokkaligas, Lingats etc.)

All this shakuni plan is to bring down Congress n Clean/able administrator Siddaramaiah. Siddaramaiah believes in treating 6.5 crores kannadigas equally and bring development/Justice to all. He doesnt like poison seed planted in the name of religions/caste/creed. All fundamentally belong to Manukula. Purpose of all religions is to helping manukula. Do not make people to fight with each other in the name of religion. Society n country will develop if there is peace and brotherly relation among people. Any festival should bring people from all communities togther. Anti-social elements must be put behind bars. Sidduji cannot take sides of hindu or muslim or christians or sikhs ... It is his duty to see all people equally and bring development to all. It is his dharma, it is his commitment. This is infact real Secularism.

This is bound to happen. I predicted the same thing since Eshwarappa’s case was droped by Court yesterday because the person who lodged the case took back his case filing. BJP should learn something from Congi that, never indulge in infighting for any personal indifferences and never remove any Minister for corruption allegations. Take the examples of Oomen Chandy in Kerala, Sheila Dixit in Delhi, Ashok Gehlot in Rajasthan and Bhupinder Singh Hooda in Haryana

Let Cong. keep their house organised, the famous saying - Cong is the enemy of Cong - if they keep united KJP / BJP/ JDS combine can not make in roads....wait and watch...Looking at the ground realities - Cong if remain united have an edge over others in the 2014 Loksabha election...specially in Karnataka.
