Woman shot dead near Sufi shrine


Gurgaon, Sep 17 (IANS): A 28-year-old woman was shot dead here Tuesday while visiting a Sufi shrine with her 26-year-old brother-in-law with whom she had been living for two years, police said.

An unidentified assailant fired at Pinki outside the shrine in Rajendra Park area, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Surender Pal Singh.

Police said they were questioning Naveen and some others. Pinky was married to Naveen's elder brother who lives in Jhajjar.
