Mangalore, Sep 24: Holy Mother Theresa Church, Paldane singers group which secured rolling shield for three consecutive years including this year, has converted rolling shield into permanent shield in the diocese level singing competition conducted every year by Konkani Natak Sabha.  

The group has Cyril Fernandes, Prescilla D’ Silva, Lizzy Fernandes, Marceline Fernandes, Patcy Monteiro, Benedicta Monteiro, William Lobo, Ronson Menezes, Jaison Lobo, Prashanth Fernandes, Sujan Monteiro, Shawn Gaylan Fernandes, Wilton Fernandes, Suman Monteiro, Vievan Fernandes, Jadon Monteiro, Jalena Monteiro, Leron Mendonsa, Roylon Menezes.

The rolling shield was presented by president Fr Cyprian D’ Souza, vice president Dolphy Saldanha, working committee Raymond D’ Cunha,  Premnath Lobo, Sunil Menezes, Santhosh Sequeira and Four Winds organization director E Fernandes.

The musical group has thanked Fr G W Vas, parish priest of Mother Theresa Church who encouraged the musicians.
