Bangalore: Fearing CBI arrest in iron ore case, MLAs go absconding

Daijiworld Media Network – Bangalore

Bangalore, Sep 25: Fearing arrest from CBI in connection to Belekeri iron ore scam, Bellary district Vijaynagar MLA Anand Singh and Kudligi independent MLA Nagendra are said to have gone absconding.

The two MLAs were sent notices by CBI to appear for investigation.

But MLA Anand Singh, citing bad health, fled to Singapore and through his lawyer, he has appealed for anticipatory bail.

On the other hand, there is no information about MLA Nagendra's whereabouts. When people tried to contact him over phone, the number was not reachable. Hence, there is a possibility that the MLA in fear of arrest went absconding.

THERE WAS NEWS ABOUT THEIR ABSCONDING OR CAUGHT. BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW POLICE HAVE ALLOWED TO GO OUR OF INDIA. ANYWAY EVEN THEY ARE CAUGHT THEY WILL BE RELEASED ON BAIL WITHIN ONE WEEK BECAUSE OF OUR STRONG ADVOCATES WHO ARE STRONGER THAN CBI. CBI HAVE NOT IN A POSITION TO PUT SUCH PEOPLE IN THE JAIL FOR A LONGER TIME EXCEPT JANARDHAN REDDY WHO IS ALSO EXPECTED TO COME OUT JAIL WITHIN SOME DAYS AND USE HIS HELICOPTERS ONCE AGAIN TO MOVE HERE AND THERE.

Looters of previous BJP government are doing all sorts of drama to prove their innocence in crime, loot, corruption, forgery. BJP leaders from north Karnataka are just rogues who exploited n looted precious resources n public wealth while in power. They just sucked blood of common man and used official machinery for personal profits. Such people who lived lavish life and caused loss in billions of rupees to state exchequer must be dealt seriously by Judiciary.

When they could lift tons and tons of ore from Balekeri port without any authority getting to know, will they not escape to any hideout under the nose of the same authority and hide in any rat hole until they find a favourable condition to come out to surface and challenge every thing and happily continue to do the same thing and enjoy politics forever therafter. And the UPA govt has ensured their future is intact with the latest ordinance.

Anand Singh BJP MLA from Bellary district, once aligned with Reddy brothers and looted natural resources of Karnataka. When we glance @ the escape episode of mines from Belekeri Port with out the knowledge of concerned authorities, just imagine how these goon politicians misused the power!!!Such kind of politicians indeed ANTI-NATIONALS...These things happened under the nose of BJP Govt!!!Interestingly, when BJP was in receiving end during the last held Assembly election,Anand was not(Ananda) happy with BJP fearing BJP's defeat in Karnataka wanted to get out from it!!!!But BJP caught his feet to remain with them!!!The elusive MLAs should be dealt with attaching their ill gotten properties to force them to report to investigating authorities .

    Mr Jhon,
Congress is already branded as corrupt by most of the so called non corrupt people. We are waiting to see what is the reaction by BJP on this subject and that too of Modi whether he will oppose it or sit quiet without giving any reply like he does in many of the things were he knows he cant oppose it because his party is also same as others.

Just disqualify them and issue arrest warrant through interpol. Then see how these crooks escape. Will power from Government is lacking here. If government is really interested in nabbing these crooks, it is easy for the government to do as they have all the resources for this task. Hope home minister acts fast.
