As the saying goes - walk your way to health - or run your way to health. Indeed A HEALTHY HEART MEANS A HEALTHY BODY. I am glad that run your way to healthy life was organized by the well meaning people in Mangalore.

It is good to see prominent people from all walks of life taking part in the event 'RUN FOR LIFE'. tHERE IS AN OLD SAYING THAT A BUSY MAN HAS TIME FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERY ONE. It is the person who is not busy who finds excuses for his lapses. .... and here we have people like Minister Khader, MLA Lobo, Dr. R.L. Kamath, Vijay Bhardwaraj, Athlete Shiny and others who have found this publicity necessary for life.

What is good to see is the fact that the newly elected M.L.A. J.R. Lobo participating in many of the events and meetings truly proving that he is PEOPLES' MAN.

You are giving too much importance to the "Disagreed" readers.

How Nagesh Nayak\Rakesh must be feeling looking at their number of "Disagree"? It's colossal!!!!

Take heart, yours are minimal and like I think, "add together the numbers of agree\disagree and be happy that so many have read what I\you have written!!!

Keep writing those very interesting verses... I enjoy reading them.

(Think this way... May be their hand is not steady and it is not by choice their finger falls on disagree click!!!)

I have a different take on a 'Healthy Heart'.
    1.Surround yourself with 'Real Beauties'.
2.Hum to yourselves some of the 'most romantic tunes' instead of opting for 'Saffola' oil and all that.
    3. Be creative. Read more often. Try to write lyrics. It's just like
learning to 'roll chapathi's'. First a few may go awry and then everything will 'fall into shape'.
    4. Don't over reach and over think. Live in every minute that's the key.
    5. Never brood. Never cry over spilled milk.
    6. Never think ill of other. Wish everybody well from your being and see the difference.
Do all these. Then even if your body goes 'Your Heart' will continue to live forever and ever....Get what I mean?
    What more would you want?

Mr. Kader, Minister of Health, with due respect to your position, and concern for healthy heart, Can u please provide to the citizen of Mangalore few jogging / walking places. We hardly find any place specific places in mangalore for jogging/ walking.

Provide resources for the betterment of citizens. Giving lecture is easy but we can put it in practice only if resources are provided.
