How difficult can it be to install 'active' speed governors on all buses limiting speeds to appropriate zones? More stringent actions like hefty fines/ licence cancellation etc are to be taken against super-drivers, for all infractions alike be it is speeding, stopping insensibly, poor lane discipline, etc.

We have been seeing that the Bharathi buses drive in air and not on road. I have observed these bus drivers drive like as if the road belongs only to them and not any other vehicles, Despite they are wrong, they abuse/scold other vehicle drivers. This is what ultimately happening, but due to their negligence other vehicle driver and pax suffer.
