These are not highway robbers but they are city limit robbers. It is because our police are negligent in patrolling and as such the robbers have a free hand in dealing with this kind of robbery. Police are collecting funds through ignorant so called painters. Corruption at police level. The area minister must dismiss the senior police officials for putting the public security in jeopardy.

Just eliminate them.. dont show mercy and leniency to them...Lazy people want easy money...Sushil Shinde, please dont cry foul now...

These are anti social elements.. Islam says to cut off the hands of the robbers.. Are they ready to accpet sharia law now... No they dont.. They want sharia law in civil matters and Indian law in criminal matters,, I call for sharia to be applied on muslim accused.. Just see the change.. whole society will be reformed..

While I agree hanging cannot be solution for everything, there is NO way I will accept that we the society are the cause of the problem. Maybe their parents are the problem, and maybe these crooks are just bad people with bad morals... Not all people can be corrected by edducation etc... Some are just bad!

This type of robberies used to take place on inter-state highways may be on an isolated location. (like then Veerappan style)

Need to introduce more night patrols and these culprits should be punished appropriately, so that others get a strong message. Else, time may come that we would find it difficult or unsafe to travel with family, during late nights.
