Mumbai: Navaratri Utsav at Shree Jagadamba Kalabairava Mandir

Mumbai, Oct 6: Navaratri Utsav at Sri Jagadamba Kalabairava Mandir, located at Gunfa Tekady, Krishna Nagar, Caves Road, Jogeshwari (East) here, began on Saturday October 5.

Vidwan Nagaraj Poti and priests performed various Puja celebrations at the leadership of Sri Jagadamba Kalabairava Mandir managing trustee G T Acharya and at the guidance of chief priest P C Jayaprakash Bhat.

Shree Jagadamba Kalabairava Mandir secretary Sanjeev P Poojary, trustees M C Suvarna and  Sundar C Poojary, executive committee executive president Padubidri Suresh B Kotian, secretary Ashok Acharya, Dayanand Amin, Sudhakar Shetty, women wing members, hundreds of devotees offered Puja.

The Vedic celebrations will be held for nine-day till Vijaya Dashami, with daily offering of Puja, free food offerings, said managing trustee G T Acharya.
