Bantwal, Oct 8: NSS unit at Benjanapadavu Government Preuniversity College held a NSS camp at Manchi Kolnad Government High School on Saturday October 5.
Karnataka forest and Dakshina Kannada district incharge minister B Ramanath Rai spoke on the occasion and said that camps such as these help build the personality of the students besides strengthening their feelings of patriotism.
College principal A T Girischandra presided over the programme. District panchayat member M S Mohammed, school development committee president Mohammed Saleh, headmaster V Ramamurthi and camp officer Balakrishna Naika K Bellare were present.
