Mangalore: Coming soon - 'NaMo Radio' to reach out to villages

Mangalore, Oct 11: The Narendra Modi wave is expected to hit Karnataka faster than expected. And when we say 'wave', we literally mean it.

The NaMo Brigade which came into existence in Mangalore and other parts of Karnataka last month is all set to reach out to interior parts of the state with advanced technology. Though election dates are not yet announced, the NaMo Brigade will tour all 1,690 villages in Mangalore district with projectors and LEDs to screen the developmental work done by Narendra Modi in Gujarat. The 15-minute video documentary will have Kannada translation.

That's not all. The newest form of media creating awareness about Narendra Modi in the state is the NaMo Radio. Initiated by a student in Bangalore, the listener needs to give a missed call to a number (to be announced soon). The caller will get a return call with detailed information on Modi, his achievement as Gujarat CM, and his plan for the country.

All the above plans will be executed by the NaMo Brigade of Mangalore.

Speaking to daijiworld, a NaMo Brigade source said that this is the best way to educate people in the villages about progress made by Modi in Gujarat, and his vision for the country. "The NaMo Brigade has started off well, and its our aim to ensure that BJP gets maximum seats in Karnataka to help Modi to become the next Prime Minister of the country"

Now Mr. Modi talks too much about Gujarat development. Can he proof that all Guajarati’s are literates and all are living above poverty line. Can he prove that the crimes are very low comparing all other states? Can he prove that he is very simple and honest person in his all deeds?

We all know more than 40% people are non-literacy, 32% below poverty line which is increasing in Gujarat after Modi’s rule and in crime it is taking 7th place from highest.

The Baroda Ahmadabad express highway was built by the NHAI central government with Centralized funds and not by Gujju Bai’s money. Voters should be careful while voting anyone. Analyse even congress so called secularism to bias and target one community for vote banking. Its not that we support Modi. I think it should be called feku radio.
I think BJP lost power in 2004 due to India shining campaign.
But today they are spending more than what they have spent in 2004.
all that we can see is Feku's phot all over the city. I dont know why election commmission not banning this ?

Its like when u see those photos ,one will get afraid if by some means it gets spoilt or torn . (It looks bhayanak) Again in so called Hindutva areas like mangalore and other areas again some things might happen.
I think those banners should be strictly banned in the sensitive areas.
Bangalore highcourt has done a good job asking not to put any banners.
I think Election Commision should a ban on this. and must and must should ask RSS or any other sangh parivar how much have they spent on flexes ?
Had some Congress or any other party spent on these flexes any of the RSS activist would by now have asked RTI or election commission, as to what they have spent on this.
I think Mangalore has seen enough of this .Let it not see all this again ..

Do not know what extra Modi has done for Gujarat. Been to Baroda prior to Modi being CM and now. There is hardly any change in the infrastructure. The roads are as dusty and filthy as ever. Dude Peter, give credit where it is due. like you countless of other Indian have been to Gujarat and even I am been travelling to this state between 1993 until current. The development is not just in 1 arena.. drive from Mumbai to Gujarat and you will see wind of changes as soon as you cross the boarder of Maharastra into Gujarat. the development is in infrastucture, power management, water management and also employment generation. You can always have a different opinion.. I really hate our prime minnister as a individual whom I call as Kaun Singh but, I cannot deny the fact that he under the leadrship Mr. PVN had changed the Indian economy back in 1990s.. the due credit is given.
