Mangalore: ACP Kavita, inspector Ravish Naik transferred

Mangalore, Oct 12: ACP Kavita has been transferred to Krishnaraja Sagar sub-division in Mysore. However, no one has been appointed yet to replace her in the city.

Police transfers in the region seemed to be unending. This is the third time a few of the policemen have been transferred in just 15 days.

Dr H N Venkatesh Prasanna has been transferred to the office of IGP (western range). It is the third transfer for Prasanna in just 15 days. The former city crime branch (CCB) inspector was recently appointed to the directorate of civil rights enforcement and then transferred to the daily crime report bureau (DCRB).

Mangalore rural police inspector Ravish Naik has been transferred to the office of immigration department at Mangalore Airport. Earlier, he was transferred to Bhatkal. 

Bajpe inspector Dinkar Shetty has been transferred to Pandeshwar police station and Lingappa Poojary to Beltangady while Manjayya will take over as the inspector of Puttur police station.

    I PERSONALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS POLICE DEPARTMENT PEOPLE TRANSFERED SO OFFEN. OFCOURSE THEY TOO HAVE FAMILY WITH CHILDREN GOING TO SCHOOL.HOW ? THEY CAN COPEUP CHANGE THEIR CHILDREN'S SCHOOL SO OFFEN.

    If the officers work sincerely, then there wont be need of Transfer of these mute Spectators during rally/march past of different religious organisations & moral policing. Clear the root of these supporters of muted police officers in DK dist.
