Kasargod, Oct 14: Kasargod police have arrested a person for allegedly raping a child, almost two months after the incident took place on August 15 this year.

The accused has been identified as Abdul Khader (29), a resident of Aryappady, Muttathodi here.

The police team led by circle inspector K Premsadan arrested Khader.

Khader is alleged to have forcibly taken away the fourth standard girl going home after Independence Day programme at her school.  Abdul Khader and his friend are alleged to have taken the girl to their residence and raped her.

The incident came to light when her family questioned her the next day after observing that she was ill. The matter was informed to childline officials who spoke to the child and got more information.

The matter was subsequently reported to the police who have now succeeded in arresting Abdul Khader.  They are on the lookout for his friend who was also said to be involved in the crime.

Court will punish him for 6 to 9 years rigorous imprisonment and fine him 50 to 1 lakh rupees fine and he will be allowed to return to the society....where the girl will suffer for her life...such is the law of our land...so rapes will not stop if we have these kinds of punishing laws and people will not stop rape untill and unless every rapist as well as acid attackers are treated with death penalty....as in both cases innocent people has to go through physical and mental trauma.

The modern day Devils are managing to make eye contact & even dare giving that poisonous smile after conducting such a henious crime. Is this a slap on our judiciary system?
People be aware of those smiles which you see in day to day life & be sensible enough to differentiate between 'Pe & Pu' (tulu meaning)

Again Malabar ? Better to make it Republic of Malabar. Any how, they never say they are Indians, but 'I am from Kairla'. Look at his eyes, an evil look indeed. Pluck them both & let him live in darkness for the rest of his life.

This kind of incidents are happening in many places of Kerala. But only few cases come out. Many incidents dont come out to protect Community interests. Injustice should be punished irrespective of community, religion, caste etc. Otherwise these criminals think that this their routine and keep doing it hence helpless children, girls will suffer if we protect these culprits for any reason..
