Udupi: Kudroli Ganesh 'raises' Sode Math Swamiji, gets praises in response

Udupi, Oct 14: Renowned magician Kudroli Ganesh literally weaved magic at Sri Krishna Math on Sunday October 13 when he 'raised' Sri Vishwa Vallabhateertha Swamiji off the ground level using levitation tricks.

The special magic show was held as part of Dasara celebrations at the Math auditorium.

Sri Vallabhateertha Swamiji of Sode Math was first invited to the dais and a 'magical' bell was given to him. When the bell was rung above an empty vessel, a garland and a crystal appeared in it.

Kudroli Ganesh then presented the garland to the Swamiji and welcomed him.

The Swamiji was then asked to sit on a chair and meditate holding the crystal. The ace magician used his technique to raise the Swamiji about ten feet above the ground and made him float in the air. The magician then brought the Swamiji down.

The magician asked the Swamiji to open his eyes again and the Swamiji found himself going up about ten feet above the ground and coming down.

The packed house at the hall sat enchanted at the performance and broke into loud applause.

Apart from levitation tricks, the audience were treated to demon pole magic, the magical valley, Janapada magic etc.  The comedy, dangerous fire escape show, scenes and music were breathtaking and provided rare entertainment to the audience. Occultism-based techniques were also displayed at the programme.
