Mangalore: Bertrands pay visit to senior citizens

Mangalore, Oct 18: The Bertrands’ of the Interact Club of Bertrand Russell High School visited Varija Ramarao Sevashrama, Surathkal on October 12 along with the co-ordinator Mamtha D and assistant teachers Gayathri and Mamatha A.

The Bertrands’ started their programme by a prayer at 10.00 a.m. with the inmates of Varija Ramarao Sevashrama and conducted some games like passing the ball, spelling game etc.

President Nitinand the other members of Bertrands’ Interact Club distributed prizes to the winners of Varija Ramarao Sevashrama. Later, the Bertrands’ winded up with the senior citizens by distributing fruits and with the promise to visit them again for an interaction.

At 12:30 pm the Bertrands’ were back to school premises.
