    This is open secret :
KASARGOAD & Bhatkal with Ratnagiri are notorious place sfor all nefariuus activitie s-all underground dealings.
Home land security- military intelligence - NIA should be based in these areas with active role.
Police are corrupt as they are familiar and on their pay roll-so no action.
The network has gone to the top.
so, there is need for close monitoring -surveillance to trap these network- snuff them out from their cells.
Fumigate and disinfect the other wise peaceful place.
Maritime security -airport entries - transport by road should be under strict vigilance and the people - rickshaw drivers - fishermen should be all trained to gather intelligence.
National security and the people is of primary importance.

The most important follow-up is to identify their end-customers and detoxify them, otherwise we are leaving behind blank cheques for other peddlers to jump into and encash.

Thus the need for such system to be put in place if we are to erradicate drugs.
