Mangalore: Your chance to become 'Miss India' - Campus online beauty contest begins

Mangalore, Oct 26: With the motto 'Nothing makes a woman more beautiful than the belief that she is beautiful',  Infosoftx Media Network, an IT company, has announced an online campus beauty contest 'Best College Hunt - Miss India 2013-14' which will provide a platform for girls in the age group 18-30 years to portray their beauty.

The contest will be held over a period of 6 months. The winner will take home a cash prize of Rs 1, 00,000 and other exciting gift vouchers.  Two runners-up will receive a cash prize of Rs 50,000 each and gift vouchers.

Registrations began on October 5 and will close on November 20 midnight on the website. On November 21, all the photos will be uploaded.

The voting period for the first round will commence from  November 21 and close on December 31 midnight.

All the 40 short-listed contestants will be displayed on www.contest.bestcollegehunt.com from January 1.

The online voting and voting through SMS for the second round will open from January 1 and close on February 28 midnight.

Nine contestants will be selected and their names will be displayed on the website from March 1, and the third round of voting will go on till April 30 midnight.

The finalists will be declared on the website on May 1, 2014, and the contest finale will be held at one of the metro cities, which will be announced on the website later.
