Cuttack, Oct 26: The inevitable has happened but the good thing is, they took a sensible call rather than making people wait. The 5th ODI between India and Australia has been called off due to incessant rain at Cuttack.
The expected sunshine never arrived yesterday and it's been raining in Cuttack ever since cyclone Phailin arrived. The formal announcement came around 11:30 AM IST today when the match officials decided to call off the game. That makes things tougher for India. They need to win both the games to win the series. Can they do it? Well, you need to join us on the 30th of October to find out.
However, the good news is - India will remain at No.1 in the ICC rankings. Join us soon for the next game. Until then, Good bye.
