Mangalore: RSS marks Vijayadashami with rally in city

Mangalore, Oct 27: The members of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) celebrated Vijayadashami with a massive rally on Sunday October 27 morning.

Vijayadashami 'Path-Sanchalan' (rally) was flagged off from two junctions - Canara High School, Mannagudda and Bunts Hostel, Kadri Road.

Both the rallies converged at Hampankatta and proceeded further.

As many as 1,343 RSS members and supporters marched along the rally route which culmintated at Nehru Maidan.

RSS members of Mangalore zone, RSS cadres of Mangalore city and others including Capt Ganesh Karnik participated in the rally.

If this is a "cultural organisation", as they claim to be, What is the intention behind holding swords at a rally. This is a clear violation of the law. Unfortunately, most reports are mum at this open act of intidimation. if this was any other organisation, there would have been a huge furor and most people would be in bars by now. The RSS has always gotten away by violating the law, and will do so this time too, with the help of the law and order machinery

When these chaddiwalas attacked girls, they did not see if the girls were supporting BJP or congress, majority or minority community. They just attacked them. So my dear friends who are supporting the chaddis, once they come to power even u are in danger. Every mangy is in danger weather u support them or u don't. Their ideology does not match with the present generation. Police roaming with Lathi will not be able to protect u from these people who are roaming with swords.

If these people feel comfortable in marching with sticks and swords, let them march in the border area with Pakistan and China. Marching in the cities of India like this must be legally prohibited. If they want to march without long sticks, that is fine. Showing these lathis, are they going for killing the animals in a forest? We are living in the internet age now and these pictures are appearing around the world and causing greater shame to India.

Quite interesting, from where RSS is buying these chuddy’s? Who is paying for it?

One suggestion: Can RSS hire some unemployed youths (both Male & Females) and give them the job to stitch, wash, (Using washing Machine) and iron the cloths. So some will have job and RSS can make frequent rallies too.
