Kundapur: Press reporter killed as bus rams into bike at Vakwady

Kundapur, Oct 29: A reporter working for a local print media was killed in an accident at Vakwady here on Tuesday October 29.
The deceased has been identified as Vishnu Shettigar Vakwady (29), a resident of Hoovinakere near Vakwady.
He was working for 'Abhimatha', a local print media, for the last four years.
The accident occured when a local bus (Kuldeep) plying from Kundapur to Belur rammed head-on into his bike. Vishnu was on his way to Vakwady from Hoovinakere. He was killed on the spot.
Vishnu is survived by his parents Lokesh and Sharada, and a sister.
Kundapur traffic police have registered the case.
