Dubai, Nov 8: For the first time in Dubai, a complete comedy entertainer 'Bale Thelipaale' was staged on Thursday, November 7 at Sheikh Rashid Auditorium at 9 pm.

Coastal Karnataka's popular Kannada TV channel 'Namma TV' in association with Dubai's TEN event management company organized the comedy show, featuring top three teams comprising three members each, which had won the 'Bale Thelipaale' contest recently in Mangalore.

The event started at 9 pm by lighting of the lamp by guests Dr B R Shetty, Vinay Shetty, Sarvotham Shetty, renowed music director Gurukiran, Dr Shivsharan Shetty of Namma TV and Sri Shastavu Bhoothanatheshwara Temple's Vijayanath Shetty, the brain behind this show.

The top three teams ‘Prashamsha Kaup’ (Prasanna Shetty, Sandeep Shetty, Mervin, and Leeladhar Shetty), ‘Telike Kudla’ (Neville Veigas, Shashiraj D'Souza, Melvyn D'Almeida, and Alwyn Veigas), and Umesh Mijar and team (Umesh Mijar, Laxmisha, and Rajesh) entertained the audience throughout the show with their superb comedy skills.

A full house audience, packed with Tulu lovers from all over the UAE enjoyed the evening thoroughly. It was indeed one of the rare comedy shows to be hosted in Dubai.

The sound, setting and organising was excellent. The audience appreciated the fact that the inauguration was short with no time wasted on speeches.

Speaking to daijiworld Vinay, head of Namma TV in Dubai thanked the sponsors and well-wishers for making this show a successful one.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Organiser &all the sponsors who given a chance to us to watch the most excited programme called "bale telipale".Kudos to Prashamsa team Kapu including Sandeep Shetty Manibettu,Prasanna Shetty Bailur &Mervin Shirva done good job as we expected. But Telike Kudla disappointed very much ,its look like they are came to stage with over confidence or over acting,un necessary punch''s,repeated dialogues.Umesh Mijar &team not reach that level where they did in bale telipale mangalore episode.

Thanks Vijayanna for your innovative idea. Concept is good, but other than Sandeep Shetty and his team, all other groups failed to perform professionally. Nellu and team were looks like over confident or lack of new idea, totally flop.

Kudos to organisers, everything was good, except some mess-up in presention ceremony. But, I honestly fail to understand what was need for compere (MC) to wear dark glasses ?? really funny, I also heard people were commentin the backside. Is he still in same old age? It was totally unprofessional.

Program was nice and we enjoyed from the three skits by three teams.
But in the beginning one hour wasted by playing same two skits which got first and second prize in the final round competition of Bale Telipaale which was held in Mangalore. people disappointed because of this, as the most of the people watched the same earlier several times from Namma TV or Youtube. Organizers not supposed to do this as the people were eagerly waiting for this program. in this case we can say program was successful 60% only.
however all are enjoyed with other three skits with good comedy and new concepts. Anyway good program and thanks to the organizers.
