Beltangady: Complaint against 6 for defaming Dharmasthala on Facebook

Beltangady, Nov 16: A complaint has been filed in Beltangady against six persons for allegedly opening a fake Facebook account and using it to defame Dharmasthala as well as Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade.

The complaint, filed by Rajendra Das, states that supporters of Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi, who has been up in arms with the Dharmadhikari over the rape and murder case of Sowjanya, have been posting derogatory comments in Facebook against Dr Heggade and the temple town, thereby hurting the sentiments of Dharmasthala devotees.

The complaint also claims that an uncensored picture of Sowjanya lying dead is being spread on the internet by this group of supporters.

The complaint was filed against Rocky Rai, Bhavit Shetty, Tanvi Anchan, Praveen Pereira, David D'Souza and Harshit Poojary.

    Dharmadhikari, is one of the good human nature and I read about his humanity towards the people. So I hope he will forgive those who do the evil because there is a versus " Forgive them, They do not know what they do and speak " It's really hurting when people make comments by hiding them self behind the curtain or screen and makes the situation complicated, we should pray towards the problems, which will get the justice through our Almighty.Amen

    Every human being is good in one way or the other. We cannot judge anyone. All humans are created by God. No one is perfect because everyone lacks something in their life and they try to find it even from the deepest torrential.
