Kundapur: Blind-folded bike rally for Modi's Bangalore meet flagged off

Daijiworld Media Network – Kundapur (EP)

Kundapur, Nov 16: All eyes were on Shastri circle here on Saturday November 16 as a bike rally heading to Bangalore to participate in BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s public address was flagged off.

Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a public rally in Bangalore on Sunday November 17.

Vilas Nayak, BJP district Yuva Morcha vice-president, set the rally in motion in a unique way by covering his face with a black mask and riding the bike.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that he intends to break his earlier record of riding for 318 hours covering a distance of 318 kilometers.

Former minister Kota Srinivas Poojary, who flagged off the rally by handing over the BJP flag said that the country which leads in scams, needs a new leader.  "Even rural people know that BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate is the ideal person to lead the country.  The situation is such that Pakistan Prime Minister has decried Indian Prime Minister as an old lady, and it is necessary to have a strategy against it," he said.

Former MLA K Raghupathi Bhat, district president Vikramarjuna Hegde, former president of the municipal council Mohandas Shenoy, field president Rajesh Kaveri, former president B Kishore Kumar etc were present.  Nearly 150 bikes participated in the rally.

Modi can lead only those who are "blindly" following him.
Even those who are really blind will laugh at these brain blind guys, who want to create panic by driving blindfolded on roads.
If they do not cause any accident , then they are cheating the public with this antic, which they have been doing all along..!!
I really want other than Nayak ride blind folded even 1000 meters (KM)without causing an accident!!

    RSS\BJP\Modi are shams.
Today Modi was repeated again and again to say Vajpayee enacted IT law!!! Did he have the guts to say who started and established IT in Karnataka? Someone told him, wrote and gave him and Modi like a "PARROT" repeated.
They brought thousands from the nook and corners of Karnataka (most of them their own sene\vedike\dal people. One guy who looked educated was asked why he is here. He said to make Modi "President"!!!
I wonder if 40% of the crowd understood what Modi and his superior cronies were talking about.

They were happy to get a joy ride to Bangalore with food and pocket money paid. They said most of the crowd is from North Karnataka where they suffered from drought during the BJP rule and readily came for a joy ride, for a day out.
What a waste of money, what a waste of man-hours, just to deliver hate speech...

Vilas nayak should have done it even better. He needs better advisors from BJP.

He should have not only covered his eyes, but also completely covered his ears (so that he cannot hear any driving instructions from fellow riders) and completely covered his mouth also, so that he cannot ask directions. This way he could have entered the Guinness book of records, for driving in Banglore without actually using any of his sense...

In the Congress rally, supporters have to fight for a bottle of water, but in BJP rally supporters serve snacks along with a bottle of water.

This is one of the basic differences between Congress govt and BJP govt.

Am the biggest fan of Modi, but have to say, Karnataka BJP just keeps disappointing me time and again.. This type of publicity rallying seems not only stupid, but is extremely unsafe as well.. Do good work organize health camps, initiate charity workshops, organize cleanliness drives.. Instead of all this stunt business.. Considering especially the ever increasing incidence of accidents, isn't this simply playing with fire?? Frankly, this type of activity simply doesn't serve any purpose!
