Mangalore has been termed as The Rome of The East and it is good to see the FAITHFUL gathering in large numbers to take part in the closing of THE YEAR OF FAITH. Our present Pope is a Role Model for all the FAITHFUL as also the Religious Heads. His simplicity of heart and mind and his true sense of poverty is to be admired. He had taken a keen interest in The Year of Faith and goaded all people to join in the deliberations

Our Bishop A.P. D'Souza has taken very keen interest to enliven the spirits of The Faithful in Mangalore during The Year of Faith and now particularly at the close of The Year. Faith is a gift from God and this is what has been passed down on to us by our ancestors. Let us preach and practice THIS FAITH and try to live up to it.

Monsignor Denis Moras has indeed taken his task seriously to enthuse The Faithful to gather in large numbers to pronounce OUR FAITH at the culmination of eventful YEAR OF FAITH.
