16-year-old gang-raped in Bangalore, three arrested

Bangalore, Nov 26 (Agencies): A 16-year-old teenage girl was allegedly gang-raped by three persons in the HAL locality on Friday.

According to the police, one of the accused is a person known to the victim. The other two accused are yet to be identified.

The victim was lured by the three accused to an isolated place near the HAL guest house, where they raped and threatened her not to reveal the assault.

The incident came to light when the victim complained of stomach cramps on Monday. When her parents took her to a doctor, the incident came to light.

The parents later lodged a complaint with the HAL police.

    I feel this is because of weak punishment, slow judgment,

    For example: Delhi Gang Rape.

    Unless and until you don’t change the law, rape will not stop.

    Need a strong law against rape.

    (a) All convicted rapist must get 200 lashes from victim or victim’s family member’s hand. Punishment life long in the jail, “ no bail, “ lower court judgment should be final, if u allow file case in upper house then it will grab case 10-15 years, that time all victim family will expire.
    (b) Judgment within one month from incident date.
    (c) Investigation office should woman police officer.
    (d) Full govt. support should give victim family, if possible govt job.
    (e) Instead of calling victim in police station and court, police should make video conference so the victim can feel free, and full safety.

    But need all political party support to change strong especially against rape.

    This is the reality of woman under italian led congress rule.

    There is no safety for woman.

    1. After siddu took oath gangrape has become a regular event.

    2. women are not able withdraw money from ATM.

    3. women are not able to travel in metro.

    4. women are afraid of going out of their house.

    5. women are sexually harassed , molested , raped and murdered .

    Siddu govt. is busy in providing cot, bed, pillows, bed sheet and co.... under " shaadi bhagya".

    There is no motorable roads in bangalore city.

    stinking garbage welcomes you.

    In a nut shell siddu govt. making scheme of " saayo bhagya" for bangaloreans.

    I don't understand by reading the comments here, why simply people are complaining for the Govt only !! whether it is BJP, COngress or JDS,or KJP. Don't you think being a citizen its our responsibility too to stop such hapenings.
