Our laws are very strange, the Police can arrest anyone merely with a complaint from a female!
If a female is bad, normal gents are at risk!
However, no female will dare to complain against hard core criminal character!
So Police should take due care to investigate and ensure that no innocent is harassed be it male or female!

To protect the ladies Government Laws makes stalking, voyeurism and sexual harassment a crime. It provides for the death penalty for repeat offenders or for rapes that lead to the victim’s death. It will also be a crime for police officers not to open cases when complaints of sexual attacks are made, but some ladies take undue advantages of the law. May be in the future this may bring negative effect on. Employment, Education, Protection to Ladies.

Police arrested sunil because his step mother made a complaint. The simple reason is she wants sunil to be out as kabab mei addi. Very simple. After all indian laws can arrest anyone with a complaint without evidences. First arrest and find evidences. BTW, no mention of sunil mother...

Shaleen,U should first read the news clearly and also understand.Sunil is the son of the man whom the girl's mother got married. Nowhere it is written sunil is her biological son.But what he did to her step sister, shows that is not human.Better if he is encountered.
