Mangalore: National-level fest 'Brillo' kicks off at St Agnes College

Mangalore, Dec 6: 'Brillo', a two-day national-level inter-collegiate fest organized by St Agnes College (Autonomous) was off to a colourful start here on Friday December 6.

The fest was inaugurated by the chief guests P Jayarama Bhat, managing director and CEO, Karnataka Bank Ltd and renowned cine actor Karthik Banjan.

The programme began with a prayer song; Ahalya A, fest co-ordinator delivered the welcome address.

P Jayarama Bhat in his speech congratulated the students on organizing a successful competition wherein students can showcase their talents.

Karthik Banjan convered his wishes to all the competitors and also said that Agnesian students always keep up to their good name.

Principal M Prem D'Souza appreciated the students efforts and wished them luck during the Agno fest.

Anisha Fernandes student president and Sr Lydia joint secretary Vidya L student co-ordinator were also present at the stage programme.

Around 10 colleges will be participating during the two day fest. Various stalls were also set up across the campus.
