Mangalore, Apr 22: Prajna Counselling Centre will hold a public meeting on Tuesday April 25 at Loyolla Hall, St Aloysius College, in joint collaboration with Mangala Jyothi Integrated School, Capuchin Agriculture Service Centre Vimukti, Valored, Cards and CODP.

The programme will be inaugurated by district in-charge minister B Nagaraj Shetty. The chief guests will be MLA N Yogish Bhat and Public Instructions deputy director Philomena Lobo. Dakhina Kannada ZP president Mamatha D S Gatti will preside over the inaugural function. The main speaker will be N C Sukumar Gowda, Makkala Mantapa, Puttur.
       
Speaking to press persons here, Hilda Rayappan, director, Prajna Counselling Centre, said that the main focus of the meet will be to attract the attention of authorities concerned on the needs and problems faced by education sector. There will be a painting competition for students of standard V to VII on ‘how should my teacher be’ and an essay competition on ‘what will I lose without education’.

Students will be asked to submit problems faced by them to the minister. There will also be a jatha on Wednesday April 26 by 17 representatives of CCF project.
