Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (EP)

Mangalore, Dec 12: The fourth additional district and sessions court has concluded questioning in three criminal cases against Mohan Kumar alias Cyanide Mohan, who is accused of killing several young girls by giving cyanide to them. The court has reserved its verdict for December 17.

The questioning with regard to the killings of Bantwal’s Anita, Sullia’s Sunanda and Vamadapadav’s Leela was over on November 30 and the verdict was to be out on December 9. It has now been postponed to December 17.

The hearing with regard to Barimar’s Anita, Vamadapadav resident Leela and Sullia Peraje’s Sunanda began first. The missing case of Anita led to revelation of the series of murders by Mohan Kumar.

The initial questioning had commenced on November 21, 2011 in the then fast track court and it had continued for about a year. Besides these three cases, questioning in cases concerning Bantwal Kariangala Sanaribettu Shashikala, Bantwal Edkidu resident Hema alias Hemavati, Melina Maladi’s Yashoda, Puttur survey village Padumajalu resident Vinutha, Bajpe Gudabettu resident Sujatha and Kasargod Mangalpade resident Kamala who was staying in her sister’s house in Thokottu and going to work from there was also started by the fast track court.

The cases were then transferred to Mangalore’s fourth additional district and sessions court this year.

This is the first verdict coming out in the case.

Mohan Kumar is accused of killing 21 girls by cyanide.  The verdict coming out in the first three cases is likely to influence the remaining cases against him.

It was biggest joke and mystery that the bantwal police were able to solve .The RSS and BJP activists were busy on claiming it as love jihad and this murali mohan was busy with Cyanide killing. Not a single organizations come forward to praise the police for their hard work. He killed so many girls and the Kalladka Bhat was talking about something else.

What you expect protesters to do for this case. Fast Track is handling the case. If something else to be done, we need to change the Law or Legal System. Soujanya case is different. In and around Dharmastala, lot of girls are raped & murdered. Justice to be done else we can read one more news of rape & murder within a year. So proper investigation will reveal the truth behind rape and murder. Once the culprit is arrested as the usual legal battle will run for years and years.

My goodness, he looks look a danger man! How he dared to give the cyanide to all these girls? I do not know why the police did not take quick action when first girl or second girl went missing ? When such things happen in any area, we should take it seriously and all should join to take quick decision and action. How this happened, God knows!!!!

No one is sincere in their approach to the public problems rather want a publicity stunt. What you see today around you from politicians to the religious heads to nationalists, all are pretending as the caretaker of society.
Do not blame any religion but blame the organization that claims it represents the particular religion. There are troublemakers in every religion. Try to safeguard the members of every religion, there lies the greatness.

This psycho deserves death even for one murder, but he killed 21 girls as per official record.(could be more too unrecorded). So I think even death penalty won't give justice to the deceased. But there is no option else.
