Mangalore, May 4: The much awaited Tulu film on two historical figures of Tulunadu, "Koti-Chennaya" will be released on Thursday May 4 in the city.

The film has been directed by Anand P Raj and is produced by Dhanraj.  The film has been shot in picturesque scenes in the coastal districts of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada. 

Though the film was supposed to be released on Friday April 28, it could not be postponed owing to some technical problems.  The film is expected to attract lot of cine-buffs to the theatre to view the life of two brothers, "Koti and Chennaya” who have a special name in the history of Tulunadu.
