Dubai: Special kids showcase talents; Harish Sherigar thanked for support

Dubai, Jan 21: Under the aegis of Rashid Centre for Disabled, 'Disabled Day' was organized recently at Dubai American University premises.
The programme was organized with a view to infuse courage and confidence in differently-abled children and to create awareness. Entertainment programmes by differently-abled children and an exhibition of items were part of the event.
Like-minded donors who have been sponsoring along with rendering co-operation, support and encouragement to Rashid Centre for Disabled, were congratulated on the occasion.
Sheikh Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Hamadan al Nahyan and Juma Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum congratulated Harish Sherigar, MD, ACME Building Materials Trading LLC, Dubai, who has been extending continuous support to Rashid Centre for Disabled from the last few years.
Muhammad Al Zorouni,Abdulla Al Shibani, Khalfulla Ahmad Al Habtoor, Sami Al Gumzi Ahmad Bin Sayeed, eminent Arabic singer Aaryam, Savood al Khabi and American University’s vice-president Ilias Bosab were present on the occasion.
Harish Sherigar, who has generously donated funds received from the recently held ‘Dhoom Dhamaka-2013’ comedy and musical programme to Rashid Centre for Disabled, was thanked on the occasion for fulfilling his social and philanthropic commitment.
