Mangalore, May 16: The autopsy report has now confirmed that the death of Elf Gas watchman Surendra Beshara on Tuesday May 9 was a murder and not an accident as perceived earlier.

Surendra Beshara was found dead on in his working place on May 9.  It was said that he had fallen from the top of the building while checking the gas cylinders.  A fatal injury in his head had justified this then.  The Panambur police had booked a complaint in this regard and had stated it as an accident.

But now the post mortem reports have confirmed that he was first strangled to death and only after that he was pushed down from the top of the building.

So the Panambur police have now changed the case as a murder case.
