Dr Aloysius, usa./ There are still thousands of Indians who make their living with say one cow and two coconut trees. They don’t have govt support or foreign money to go and settle abroad. Nevertheless, they are happy and treat the cow with utmost care. The cruel thieves are making their livelihood miserable. A pompous man like you can only mock at their poverty and later give some charity to get rid of the guilt. Sick.

Soooo many of my hindu frens eat beef more than us. only do not eat at their homes as they are scared of their parents n d so called society. d moment dey step out everyones ordering fro beef only. n for god sake don't talk abt animal cruelty. I see cows tied to an electric pole left out in the cold on a rainy day.. n den ppl come n collect milk from it. have also seen worse cases where a rope is tied to the leg n one horn.. the poor cow cannot even walk normally.

It was illegal slaughterhouse, had no license. Some people want to sell their unwanted cows or old cows for money. But some cows have no meat, only bones. Maansa ejji pakka elebu. We do not know what to kill and what to eat? I am afraid to kill hen also but have to eat. I cooked beef, hindu also ate except Saturdays.

@Hisham,I'm also sure you must be aware of "HARAAM" as well. The issue is not about eating beef. The issue is about eating stolen cows/cattle's. Beef eaters please think before you eat, you have just taken away somebody's livelihood. 99% of beef served are by stealing.

Whatever you have called painless slaughtering called ZABIHAH , doesn't exist in India but developed countries.This is the reason Australia banned import of beef from Indonesia. Here animal killing is barbaric . All these illegal slaughterhouses treat animals same way. I am not sure where have u seen .And it is not law of god to control population by eating , god has given brain to us to think and live harmoniously with all his other creations. Indias population is 120 billion ,Do u mind sending them to the slaughter house to control population? . Suppose if u are one of them ... What is ur reaction?

My dear friend ...if you think eating cow is wrong, then you should be well aware that the cows if not consumed properly will be at large population...we find COWS on highways in India ..Which causes accident...if you are against cow slaughter may be you should open some animal rights thing and take all the stray cows and animals to a specific place to let them live free..and while slaughtering the cow MUSLIMS use the method of painless slaughtering called ZABIHAH which will not pain them ....i have seen many cows getting killed because of speeding vehicle or man getting killed trying to save the cow ...almighty's law is perfect ...we can't blame him for anything ..

Both cows and buffaloes are equally beneficial to human beings. Then why is buffalo slaughter not prohibited? Boneless buffalo meat from India is being exported to Gulf countries and it is widely eaten by low caste Hindus and Egyptians in the Middle East, since this is the cheapest among all the imported meats in the G.C.C. Countries.

Cow rearing must be made illegal. Only people who are certified ,who have adequate knowledge should be allowed to rear cows. Cows should not be left at the mercy of selfish people who leave it to graze in the garbage & on the streets. I doubt if the owners of the cows have taken the cows to the veterinary hospital. Will any of you who have a pet dog, etc. let it fend for itself by leaving it to forage in the garbage & want it only in the evening .

Hypocrites, The mere sight of these malnourished bovines gives one the impression that they must have been reared in some desert where they have been deprived of water & Fodder. The owners of these cows should be fined heavily because they did not care enough to have them confined in cowsheds etc.
