Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) facility has been introduced in Madgaon and Udupi railway stations for the purpose of catering to reservations and enquiries by the customers in Goa and Karnataka.

Residents of Dakshina Kannada telecom district residing between Mangalore and Shiroor can dial 1330 to access this facility, which will connect the customer through any of the four DOT numbers 2522808, 2522814, 2522967 and 2522971.
