KSQ to organise talent contest 'Chow Chow Bath' on Feb 7

Doha, Jan 26: Karnataka Sangha Qatar will organize an entertainment event 'Chow Chow Bath' on Februrary 7 for all Kanadigas.

This program has been organised to promote talent among the Kannadigas living in Qatar.

The event will begin at 3:30 pm at the Boys wing, Al Maha Academy and will include items such as Mimicry, Dances, a quiz on Kannada proverbs, model couple contest and dumb charades.

The rules for the events are as follows:

1.     Entry is open to all Kannadigas

2.    The events are for adults only.

3.    Mimicry/Jokes :

·         No religious/Political Jokes are allowed.

·         Should be in Good Taste.

·         Time alloted is 2-3 Minutes for each participant.

·         It is not a competition

4.    Dance – Solo or Group Dance :

·         Participant/participants should select their own songs.

·         Time limit is 3-4 minutes per participant/participants.

·         No religious songs are allowed.

·         It is not a competition

5.    Model Couple Contest :

·         There will be five rounds in total.

·         Each round is an elimination round.

·         Only 5 couples will be selected for the finals.

6.    Dumb Charades Contest:

·         Participants should register their names as a Team.

·         Each Team will have Only 2 Members.

·         Time duration for solving each  puzzle is 2 minutes.


Tea and light snacks will be served for all the attendees. The lats date to register enteries is February 1
